Main features |
Application examples |
B0.6 |
It is an electrical copper-nickel alloy, and its characteristic is that the thermoelectric force is small. Maximum working temperature is 100℃ |
Not long wire used to make special thermocouple (platinum-platinum rhodium hot spot couple) |
B5 |
It is a structure of white copper, which has higher strength and corrosion resistance than copper, and has no tendency to corrosion |
Used as corrosion-resistant parts of ships |
B19 |
It is a structural copper-nickel alloy with high corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. It has good press workability in hot and cold conditions, and can maintain high strength and plasticity at high and low temperatures, and its workability is not good. |
It is used for precision instrument parts, metal mesh and chemical-resistant chemical machinery parts that work in neat, fresh water and sea water, as well as medical appliances and coins. |
B25 |
It is a structural copper-nickel alloy with high mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It has good press workability in hot and cold conditions. Because of its higher nickel content, its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are higher than those of B5 and B19. |
It is used for anti-corrosion parts that work in steam and sea water, as well as metal pipes and condenser pipes that work under high temperature and high pressure. |
